An integrated setup at SJIF ensures that all kinds of industrial castings can be offered under one roof. SJIF has floor moulding for big size castings in green sand, high pressure moulding line, jolt squeeze moulding machines, no bake casting infrastructure, investment casting etc. which ensures that almost all size and types of castings can be made in the 3 foundries under SJIF Group.
Castings are made in various grades as per International Standards like XXX. The variety of castings ranges from standard alloys to specific alloys to achieve Wear Resistance and Heat Resistance.
SJIF has the unique ability to cast from 10 grams per piece of castings to upto 7 MT per piece of single piece castings
Machining & Assembly
A full-fledged machining infrastructure within SJIF premises & in partner network ensures all machining requirements for Industrial Castings are supplied with complete value engineering & end products are shipped out to customers. R&D development is taken care of in discussion with our customers to help get products from concept to reality.
