SJIF is one of Eastern India’s largest manufacturer of Valve Castings. Our valves are sold all over India & we have the rare distinction of being a foundry which can make the widest range from 50 mm dia to even 3000 MM dia of Butterfly valves or 2000 mm dia of Gate Valves. We produce more than 300 MT of Cast Iron & Ductile Iron Valve Castings every month
We follow different sand systems based on the requirement of the Valve Castings like green sand, no bake or CO2 based –

Besides producing Valve Castings for the best brands in the country, SJIF also has its own valve division where COMPLETE VALVES are supplied under JAGANNATH or SJIF Brand. We also provide OEM service where valves are produced under your BRAND.
Castings are machined, drilled, parts fitted, hydro tested & complete valves are supplied to either brands or to end users & utilities. Various types of Valves are supplied in accordance with IS standards like IS 14846, IS 13095, IS 5312, IS 14845 etc.
